Haha yeah, the IRS forms look mind boggling and the thought of ever making a mistake would give me so many sleepless nights! I had a look once because I was considering writing an ebook but I’d have to fill in forms as an alien (rude!) for the IRS and I just couldn’t get my head around it. I guess it’s what you get used to, our employers sort all our taxes and national insurance out over here, we never do our own unless we’re self employed and even then, the forms are pretty simple and basic lol simple things for simple minds

I think that the saying of “The grass is always greener” completely applies. But, I also feel that if you take too much time worrying about your neighbor’s grass, yours isn’t being tended to very well. I’ve always wanted to visit England; perhaps one day.

The IRS terrifies you?? Lol, they’re not so bad unless you’re a corporate tax evader. Just tell the truth and you’ll be fine. Worry more about the CIA. lol

P.S. If I find that money tree, I will no longer be in Cali. Haha!!

Bloody hell fire!! Now, I’ve ALWAYS dreamed of living and working in America, for as long as my memory can go back but just lately, like the last few months I’ve realised I don’t think I could cope with medical bills, and the thought of the IRS terrifies me haha seriously, our Revenue and Customs are scary but I’ve seen the Simpsons, those guys are mean to Homer! Medical bills would cripple me to death, I don’t know how you guys do it. England is hell on Earth a lot of the time but I guess we’re lucky with our NHS.

Ps- If you do find that money tree, I may reconsider a relocation to Cali! x

Isn’t it crazy? I mean, I could feed my family so much more easily if I just overloaded them with hydrogenated fats and refined flour. Cakes and cookies and chips and hot dogs are so much cheaper than whole wheat breads and pastas, high priced cheese, fresh fish and chicken breast. At least I can get my veggies at the multitude of farmers markets out here. Makes that part a bit brighter at least. And, if I want to pay close to $4.50 in gas I can drive to the ocean. Lol.
